A 12-month, full-time programme that gives recent graduates from any discipline the management, analytics, and leadership foundation to enter consulting, strategy, and general-management roles.

The MiM is designed for early-career talent rather than experienced managers. Candidates with more than around three years of work experience are usually better matched to the MBA.

Academic experience

Taught in a single cohort over three terms, the MiM blends core management modules with hands-on analytics and a team consulting capstone. Assessment is project-heavy, mirroring the early years of a consulting or strategy career.
